For its 400-year anniversary we took the iconic Noordermarkt in Amsterdam as the main source of inspiration for the Baskèts NOMA collection. It's not just a market; it's a vibrant social hub where locals and visitors come together in harmony. Strike up conversations with friendly faces, exchange stories, and savour the warm sense of community that permeates every corner. With our collection we honour the vibrant market in the heart of the Jordaan close to where our first store is located. The perfect example of how greatly mixed Amsterdam is and where all comes together.
The Summer collection consists of comfortable sweaters, tees, sweatpants, hoodies and polos. With pieces branded in a NOMA college typeface appliqué and a Baskèts embroidery on the chest in the seasonal colours Green Pepper, Ash Grey and Tofu. Creating a clean and stylish look with a loose fit and a comfortable feel to maintain the Noordermarkt aesthetic. Both the Outline Flowers tee and Shrooms & Flowers tee feature chain-stitched embroideries of flowers and mushrooms at the front and back of the t-shirt. Also appearing in the collection is the Falling Letters Colours tee with screen printed letters in spring colours on the back. Wardrobe essentials such as the Modern Essential tee, crewneck sweaters and sweatpants are a modern take on the classic apparel with a comfortable and stylish feel in fitted colours.
