1. Orders
1.1 When you place an order through our webshop, a purchase agreement is formed once the order has been accepted by Baskèts.
1.2 We strive to keep our webshop inventory as accurate as possible. However, stock levels may change and errors may occur. Baskèts reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in case of incorrect stock information, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
1.3 Baskèts reserves the right to change product prices at any time.
1.4 If we are unable to deliver an ordered product, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer the option to cancel the order. If payment has already been made, a refund will be issued within 14 days.
1.5 Baskèts reserves the right to cancel orders at any time before shipment.
1.6 If payment is not successfully completed, the order will automatically be cancelled.
1.7 Baskèts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse of the webshop, unauthorized resale, or other activities that violate these Terms & Conditions.
2. Payment
2.1 Baskèts offers various payment methods, including:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- iDeal
- Bancontact / Mister Cash
- Maestro
- Klarna
2.2 Once your order has been placed and payment has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order.

3. Shipping
3.1 Orders within the European Union are shipped using DPD. Orders outside the EU are shipped using PostNL. Shipping costs and delivery estimates can be found on the Shipping & Returns page of the webshop.
3.2 Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to follow your shipment.
3.3 Customers with a billing and shipping address outside the European Union are not required to pay VAT. VAT will be excluded from the order during checkout once eligibility is confirmed.
3.4 Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3.5 Baskèts remains responsible for the delivery of the order until it has been delivered to the address provided by the customer. Baskèts cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
4. Delivery
4.1 A delivery is considered completed once the shipping carrier confirms that the parcel has been delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer.
4.2 Delivery may include delivery to a safe place, neighbor, parcel locker, or pickup point according to the procedures of the shipping carrier.
4.3 If a shipment is delivered to a pickup point or parcel shop, the responsibility for collecting the parcel lies with the customer.
4.4 In the event of a delivery dispute, Baskèts will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Customers agree to cooperate with such investigations when necessary.
4.5 If the shipping carrier confirms that the parcel has been delivered in accordance with their delivery records, Baskèts may consider the order fulfilled.
5. Product Quality and Warranty
5.1 Baskèts takes great care in presenting products accurately on the webshop. Minor differences in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or photography.
5.2 Consumers are entitled to statutory warranty rights under applicable consumer law. This means that a product must meet reasonable expectations regarding quality and performance.
5.3 In addition to statutory rights, Baskèts offers a commercial warranty of three months from the date of purchase covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use.
5.4 The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
5.5 Warranty claims are assessed individually after the product has been inspected.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods without providing a reason.
6.2 After notifying Baskèts of the withdrawal, the customer has an additional 14 days to return the product.
6.3 Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all original packaging, tags, accessories, authenticity cards, shoe boxes, and dust bags included.
6.4 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and remain responsible for the product until it has been delivered back to Baskèts. Returns should always be sent with a tracking number. Please note that if you do not select the protection fee option, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
6.5 Customers are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and fit of the product.
6.6 If returned items show signs of use beyond normal fitting, Baskèts reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a deduction for diminished value before issuing a refund.
6.7 Footwear must be tried on indoors only. Shoes returned with worn soles, missing packaging, or damaged shoe boxes may be refused.
6.8 Once the returned product has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
6.2. Return Policy Requirements: If the return does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange. All original packaging that comes with the item, including accessories, authenticity cards, shoe boxes, and dust bags, must be returned in their original condition. We do not accept shoes returned without a box, with worn soles, or in a damaged box. These items will be returned to the customer without a refund.
6.3. Are you responsible for return shipping costs? Yes, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend shipping the return with a tracking number, as you are responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received.
6.4. Can I return or exchange items in a Baskèts store? Yes, it is possible to return or exchange your online purchase at our store on Elandsgracht. Returns or exchanges made in-store will be treated in the same manner as those sent by post.
7. Exchanges
7.1 Products may be exchanged within 14 days after receipt, subject to the same conditions as returns.
7.2 If you wish to exchange a product for another size, color, or style, please contact customer service to reserve the desired item.
7.3 Additional shipping costs may apply for exchanges.
7.4 Baskèts does not offer price adjustments for products that go on sale after purchase.
8. Discount Codes
8.1 Discount codes may be issued by Baskèts as part of promotional campaigns or customer service solutions.
8.2 Discount codes are valid for three months unless stated otherwise.
8.3 Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
8.4 Once a discount code has been used for a purchase, it expires. Any remaining balance is forfeited.
8.5 Baskèts reserves the right to cancel orders or withdraw discounts in case of misuse of promotional codes or campaigns.
9. Fraud prevention and misuse
Baskèts reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse of the webshop, unauthorized resale, abnormal order quantities, or misuse of promotional offers.
Baskèts may request additional verification before processing an order. If such verification cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe, the order may be cancelled.
In cases of confirmed fraud or misuse, Baskèts reserves the right to block customer accounts and refuse future orders.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are expected to contact Baskèts customer service to resolve any issue related to an order before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact, Baskèts reserves the right to dispute the claim using available evidence, including order confirmations, delivery tracking, and communication records.
If a chargeback is initiated after delivery or during an ongoing return process, Baskèts reserves the right to suspend the refund process until the chargeback procedure has been completed.
Baskèts reserves the right to recover costs and restrict future purchases in cases of fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Baskèts webshop, including logos, images, text, graphics, and videos, is the property of Baskèts or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Content from the webshop may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission from Baskèts.
12. Privacy and Data Processing
Baskèts processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data provided during the ordering process may be used for order processing, payment handling, shipping, customer service, and fraud prevention.
Customer data may be shared with trusted service providers such as payment processors, shipping partners, and technical service providers when necessary to fulfill these services.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baskèts shall not be liable for indirect damages including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data resulting from the use of the webshop or purchased products.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights provided under applicable law.
14. Force Majeure
Baskèts shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or transportation delays.
15. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
