Did you place your order before this date?
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to register your return via our portal and purchase a shipping label directly through us.

What to do?
No worries, you can arrange the shipping to our warehouse yourself. As soon as we receive your package, we will process it as quickly as possible and ensure that the purchase amount is refunded within 5 working days. Don't forget to clearly include your order number and details so that we can handle the return smoothly.
