On May 14th, our De Pijp store transformed into a creative space for the Arc’teryx ReBIRD upcycling workshop – a collaborative event hosted with Amsterdam-based sewing studio De Steek.

Together with a select group of makers, we gave leftover Arc’teryx materials a new life. From bucket hats to functional bags, each participant created a one-of-a-kind item with a story stitched into it - guided step-by-step by the De Steek team.

The result? A hands-on evening filled with intention, craft, and connection.More than a workshop, this was a moment to rethink waste, slow things down, and explore the potential of technical materials.
