The retro-futuristic Puma x Pleasures Velophasis

For the newest release of the Velophasis, Puma is working together with Los Angeles-based streetwear brand PLEASURES for an exciting collaboration. Releasing the retro Velophasis sneaker, inspired by 00s aesthetics and Y2K culture. Featuring an eye-catching silhouette made with a combination of technical and performance materials.

PLEASURES
Founded in 2015, PLEASURES is known for its punk-inspired streetwear pieces, showing their love and respect for nostalgic music. With PLEASURES bold designs and rebellious spirit embracing the essence of subversive style, the brand stands out from the crowd. Often featuring distinctive and thought-provoking graphics on a wide variety of pieces such as t-shirts, hoodies, pants, jackets and headwear.

PLEASURES has put its own spin on the new sneaker release, using a distinct purple overdyeing process to give the shoes a pre-worn look. From the laces to the rubber outsole, the shoes feature vibrant pink tones dressed up with the PLEASURES logo in black while the Puma logo is displayed on the heel to honour both brands. Combining both comfort and modern details in an exaggerated shape, giving a new retro-futuristic take on the Velophasis.

Add a splash of colour to your summer footwear rotation with the PUMA x PLEASURES Velophasis, releasing Saturday 24 June at Baskèts.
